Meet Whitney
As a therapeutic coach, I use an integrative approach—blending Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness, and evidence-based techniques— to help clients tap into their body’s innate healing abilities. I find immense satisfaction in supporting my clients to regain their vitality and reconnect with their inner strength and wisdom as they heal.
Sometimes clients come to me with a specific issue or event they want to focus on in our work together. Other times clients have a more general sense of “feeling off” or that they are not functioning as optimally as they’d like. I personalize each engagement to ensure your unique needs and goals are met with care and expertise. My approach is confidential and compassionate, creating a nurturing space where you can feel safe to explore and heal.
I have extensive experience collaborating with clinicians and other care providers to support clients. When appropriate, our work together can serve as a valuable adjunct to other treatments or therapies. I am committed to working alongside your existing providers to ensure you receive integrated, seamless support. I can also provide recommendations for additional clinical support or external resources if we identify gaps in your care.
It is truly a privilege and a joy to support clients on their journeys, and I warmly welcome individuals from all backgrounds and orientations to my practice
Please note that coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, nor should it replace treatment or therapy from a licensed medical or mental health provider.
